Independent Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee
In order to fulfill the requirements of Prop 39, the District had to establish an Independent Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee to inform the public, review the expenditures, and prepare an annual report of the facilities construction and modernization project. A detailed description of their duties can be found in the Independent Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee Bylaws.
Please note that while the committee is established to inform the public and review expenditures, they are not responsible for addressing any questions or concerns. All questions or concerns should be directed to the Superintendent, Joan Potter, at (707) 984-6414.
